KKR had a scare as the match was nearly washed out after Kolkata had bundled SRH out for a paltry 128. Requiring 48 in 6 overs, KKR couldn't have had a worse start as they lost 3 wickets for 12 runs but captain Gautam Gambhir played a composed knock to lead them to victory.

Brief Scores: Sunrisers Hyderabad 128/7 (David Warner 37; Kane Williamson 24; Nathan Coulter-Nile 3/20, Umesh Yadav 2/21) lost to Kolkata Knight Riders 48/3 (Gautam Gambhir 32*, Chris Lynn 6; Bhuvneshwar Kumar 1/11, Chris Lynn 1/9) by 7 wickets (D/L).

Here are the best tweets from the match:

The most important pre-match question!

Not the best stage for KKR!

One of a kind! Congrats David!

So damn right! Calling it just slow would have been a compliment!

Just when SRH had steadied their ship....

The Royal effect!

Has to be the amazing moment of the day!

Not looking so good for SRH!

SRH fans after the first inning be like...

And then....

KKR's hopes flying away!

Wish it should've happened!

No argument there!

The rain talk!

Climbing Everest!

Captain taking the charge...

At least someone believes in BCCI!

The headband comes back to bite...

Gambhir does it again! The man for the big occasions!
